Civic integration

Du-Talk S'dam can help students with (parts of) the Civic Integration Act, namely:

The education route is a learning route that leads young students up to the age of 28 who are required to integrate into education: the education route. The education route consists of a language transition trajectory and is aimed at mastering the Dutch language at a minimum of B1 level and the entry into regular Dutch education.

Started integration on or after January 1, 2022

The municipality will make a plan together with you. This is called the PIP (Personal Integration and Participation Plan). This plan tells you what you need to do to integrate. It also states whether you have to take an exam. And what kind of exam.

You live in the Netherlands, but you do not know the language enough? With an integration course through Du-Talk S'dam you will quickly get to know the Dutch language and Dutch customs and traditions. If you speak Dutch, your chances of finding work will increase and you will make social contacts more easily. It does not matter whether you are subject to an integration obligation or not. Du-Talk S'dam helps you on your way.

During the integration exam, DUO checks whether you know enough about the Netherlands. And whether your Dutch is good enough.
